You can also choose to download the MPEG format full-length video, which comes in around 140MB and has a resolution of around 320 x 240. I, personally, would recommend the high-def WMV (the clips are around the same quality as the full-length), though if you can't download the high-def, the second WMV is the second best.

Every episode also comes with a photo gallery. They aren't just screen caps that they lift from the video, but are professional quality shots taken to accompany the video content. Not to say that these videos don't follow the action, they certainly do. They also have a series of pin-up style shots before the action starts. The photos are around 1944px × 1296px (scaled to 901px × 601px) and 1296px × 1944px (scaled to 400px × 601px) depending on the shot.
