The hi-res pics are around 1000px and you can either click each thumbnail for the full size, flick through them, play the slideshow, or download the zip set. These are very high quality. Very nice pictures. The screencaps are the same size as the movies and they don't offer any zip sets, but other than that all the options are the same. Decent quality, pretty typical for screencaps. Not bad at all.
