The one really great thing about this whole network is that they bring a lot of variety to otherwise typical XXX scenarios. You won't be bored on Coed Vids at all. Not a chance.

Want the bad news first? It's obvious as soon as you log in—the site has not been updated since 2006. Even then, only the first two updates were from that year—the ones following that were from 2004. There are 60 updates on the site, so there's still a decent amount of content to work through even without fresh updates. I'm concerned about the quality though with the videos being that old! Let's go right in and check that out.

The movies are available as full downloads for about 150MB to 220MB in WMV format. Then there are also smaller clips in WMV format as well, ranging from 5MB for dialup to 20MB for broadband. The resolution on these videos ranges from 320x240 to 480x360. The quality here is actually not too much smaller than the sites on this network that ARE currently updated (on those it's 640x480), so you won't feel like you're in the dark ages—but having said that, I would like to see higher resolution videos. The quality is good for the size though.

I'd skip the really small clips because it's just not worth it. Even the biggest downloads here are pretty small and perfect for dialup—blazing on broadband. Not bad at all. Despite no fresh updates, it's still a decent site in 2008.

I never really tackled the layout because we got caught up in the lack of fresh updates, so let's go ahead and talk about that quickly right now. It's basic and easy to navigate, no real bells and whistles, and nothing that you aren't familiar with already. Your main navigation links are across the top, highest rated updates are on the left, and fresh updates (well maybe not fresh anymore!) are down the right. We'll just call it chronological order, because there's nothing fresh about any of this. Still hot content though. Hell yeah. What was hot two years ago is still hot today even if the resolution is a little low!

Extras? You're going to get a ton of bonus sites (about 40 if I'm not mistaken) from Reel Pass. I've liked most of them so far, so I'd recommend those and all the others for sure.

Well, combining the content of Coed Vids with all the bonus content definitely produces a winner. The content on this site alone is OK, but without fresh updates I don't think it will last you more than a two month membership at most. For one month you'll pay $29.95, for two months you'll pay $39.95, three months are $54.95, and six months are $74.95. All good deals, all pretty standard pricing. This is a great site but again it's just a shame it's not current. Coed Vids earns an 82/100 from me—HOT content but not quite enough of it. Still recommended in tandem with all those bonus sites. You've got to take the good with the bad on this one, but I'd say it's worth it!
