MPEG files are 480x360 (23MB or so for clips or 160MB for full length), AVI videos are 640x480 (160MB or so a pop), WMV files are around 1280x720 (350MB a piece), mp4 videos are 640x360 (80MB), and flash videos are 640x360. All of the videos are of high quality, crystal clear and well shot, with perfectly functioning sound. They expand okay to full screen, and the High Definition is definitely pure HD DVD quality.

There are a ton of bonus features on this website.
